What to Expect.

What surfer hasn’t ever dreamed on surfing the Mentawai's? The archipelago of the coast off Sumatra poses the highest density of world-class waves in the world.
Our location, a lonely island, an exuberant tropical paradise with a world class left hander right in front.

The thread that will bring us together here is the surf. So consequently, it will be our guide throughout the week. However, great food, bodywork and other great humans are all part of the experience. We will have a day out with some surprises, and we will be chasing the swell into different spots nearby if it is required.

Where You’ll Stay

Four traditionally inspired Bungalows, each uniquely designed and built in the same style as the main building, using recycled timbers and driftwood. Each bungalow is setup to accommodate 2 (unless already organized) people , for a total of 8 guests on the island at any one time. All have private bathrooms with running hot water.

The funky interior design incorporates hand built custom furniture and antique lighting and fixtures left over from Dutch fishing vessels.

Arrival Logistics

Spending a night on arrival in Padang is mandatory, and a stay on return is recommended. Please book flights accordingly.

• A Togat Nusa representative will meet you at the airport, (transport around Padang is all included in your transport fee) who will escort you to your hotel.

• We will book your hotel for you, and guests can pay on arrival to hotel. We also recommend another nights stay on return to Padang. You will be picked up in the morning, please have breakfast at your hotel before leaving for your 7am departure.

• We do have an 8 meter speedboat with a cabin and 2 x 200 hp Suzuki engines, for day trips up to the playgrounds or down to ht’s . Which is an extra 300USD a day to charter the while boat for up to 8 guests

What’s Included

• Daily speedboat transport to optimal surf breaks on that given day or by guests request

• All meals and food, including most snacks

• Please bring your own water bottle to refill, drinking water is available free of charge

• All your meals and snacks, smoothies and coconuts

• All your transfers from Arrival at the airport out to the Island and back

• We are using the Mentawai Fast ferry for transfers from Padang, it takes about 3.5 hours

• Surf transfers, supping, snorkeling

• Romantic candle light dinners

• $100 Surf VISA fee on your arrival

• Tips for the staff (This is entirely up to you. Tipping is not mandatory but appreciated!)

• We do have a speedboat , for day trips up to the playgrounds or down to ht’s. This is a daily charter price of 300 usd, for up to 8 people.
